Orangetheory group gym sessions are an hour-long, heart rate monitored blend of cardiovascular and strength training exercises. By using treadmill training, indoor water rowers, TRX suspension training, free weights, and floor exercises, our highly experienced personal trainers lead you through an interval workout that will leave you feeling energized.


Base. Push. All Out. Where fitness meets science! Orangetheory Fitness is based on the theory of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, or EPOC. During your 60-minute workout, you will perform multiple intervals that have been designed to produce 12-20 minutes of training at 84% or higher of your max heart rate, which translates to Zones 4/5. You will utilize your entire body, stimulating your metabolism and feeling increased energy after each interval. For up to 36 hours after your workout, your body will continue burning calories and use oxygen as if you were still working out—resulting in extra energy and more calories burned.


Whether you desire to improve your performance or would like to lose weight, Orangetheory is a wonderful environment to achieve your goals. If your goal is performance related, and you participate in 2-4 sessions every week, you can anticipate seeing increased gains in your strength, speed, and power. If your goal is weight loss related, and you have a proper nutrition plan, you can anticipate on seeing a weekly loss of approximately 3-5 pounds if you attend 3-5 gym sessions per week.

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting.
